As stated in our policy, there are no refunds or exchanges – all sales are final.
However, if the date of your tickets have not yet expired, you can reschedule your tickets here.
Rescheduling or changing your time slot will incur a rescheduling fee. You will need to have your order number ready, which can be found in the email/text confirmation that you received. Please note that if the date/time you want to attend is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
